Hato Mayor, on the bay’s southern shore
Sabana de la Mar is in Hato Mayor Province, on the northeastern side of the Dominican Republic. The Samaná Peninsula is across the bay to the north. Dominicus and Bayahibe are separate destinations on the southeastern Caribbean coast. The map marks the town rather than any residential development.

Is Sabana de la Mar on the Samaná Peninsula?
Sabana de la Mar is in Hato Mayor Province, on the southern shore of the bay. The peninsula and Santa Bárbara de Samaná are across the water.
Is this the same area as Dominicus and Bayahibe?
They are separate destinations: Dominicus and Bayahibe face the Caribbean, while Sabana de la Mar looks onto Samaná Bay on the northeastern side of the country.
Are excursions and crossings included with a home?
